If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit,you dont like it, or looks bad) you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received


Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order

WHAT ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags.
  • Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes.
  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits without their lining cuz that would be gross
  • Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, perfume or other beauty products where the packaging was removed

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and no shop credit will be returned.

 

I GOT MY ORDER AND EVERYTHING IS WRONG!

If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know ASAP - we expect your message in 5 days, please send us photo of the good ASAP, if you take more time than 5 days - we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us a pic!.
