WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We're trying to get it to you ASAP as possible, however we send all items from designers warehouses - it takes up to 6 weeks to arrive (we have some designers in Malasia)!

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your GothShop account.
2. Click Status next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Tracking number, your order is still processing!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

We're so sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG

We need to be notified within 5 day of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help! We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT GENERALLY TAKE?
The shipping is free worldwide.
Orders are processed in max 2 days: Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. 
All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

On average it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery, but we have cases, when our goods traveled up to 6 weeks. Be patient.

GOT MY PACKAGE BUT THERE'S A FEE. WHAT'S THE DEAL?
Customs fees are set by your country.We can't control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.
