Before you order
Before you make your order take a look at our size charts before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to email me with any questions youmay have about a particular item.
If for some reason you are not pleased with the item or fit and/or didn't read the SIZE SPECS, we will take it back within 15 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. as long as it falls within the 15 days!!
Refunds will not be granted if the 15 day period has passed.
It doesn't start until AFTER the package was delivered to you but remember I have access to your tracking numbers. We WILL NOT issue a refund for the shipping and paypal fees unless the shipping company or gothSHOP.com messed up your order or delayed its ship time! Changing your mind about an item or an order you placed is your decision and we can't be held responsible for shipping or paypal charges if you do so.
How to make a return or exhange
In case a return does happen email me first to get a RA # or you will be charged 30% of the total item - this charge will be waived if you email or call us.
Make sure you insure the package with the shipper and request a proof of delivery.
Also include your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, what you are returning, why, and what you need me to do for you (exchange, return, etc.).? Be sure to include the style number, size, color, and quantity of what you want if you are asking for an exchange.
In short, you must return the garment exactly as you received it.
Sales / Special Items / Clearance Items:
Please note that ALL sale items are final. We cannot accept returns nor exchanges on sales or clearance iteam.
